Acne can’t be cured, it can only be controlled long-term with the proper skincare routine, lifestyle adjustments, and treatment plan. While Accutane (Isotretinoin) can have lasting effects for some, there is no guarantee that it will keep your skin clear forever. We’ve seen our fair share of clients who have tried several rounds of Accutane and are STILL struggling with acne! Accutane also comes with many negative side-effects, and we do not recommend the medication as a long-term solution for acne.
